For custom and personalized products, including custom-designed lighters, additional processing time may be required to prepare and customize your order.

  • Design confirmation, where applicable

Orders are generally processed on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver orders within Bangladesh.

Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and courier service coverage.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Inside Dhaka: Approximately 1–3 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: Approximately 2–5 business days

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized products require additional preparation time.

Once your custom order has entered the production or customization process, it may no longer be possible to change the design, delivery address, or cancel the order.

Please carefully review your uploaded photo, design, spelling, name, and other customization details before placing your order.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Failed Delivery
